Terms and Conditions
The initial complimentary consultation is for 45 minutes, during which we shall discuss your business needs (usually conducted via telephone or Zoom), subsequent to which my tariffs are £35 per hour.
Costs stand at £35 per hour irrespective of the specific service offered. All services are bespoke and tailored to suit your business requirements.
Recurring retainers are to be paid on a monthly basis in advance. An invoice will be dispatched a week prior to the onset of each month, and operations will commence upon receipt of payment.
Unused hours are non-transferrable. The duration is meticulously monitored, and you shall be apprised when your set quota reduces to a two hours.
If work is given on an adhoc basis, an upfront deposit of 2 hours is required before any tasks are undertaken. The deposit shall be subtracted from the final invoice upon satisfactory completion of service.

Fees for specific projects are calculated following a consultation. We will generate a quote based on the conversation. Once the job spec and fee has been agreed, a 50% deposit must be paid in advance. The remaining balance will be payable upon completion of the project.
All work is time tracked using time tracking software.
